SHANGHAI HiTeC PLASTICS is a Joint Venture between PLASTIKA KRITIS and a Chinese state owned group. It is the largest foreign investment of its kind in China, with a fully paid share capital of 10 million Euros, 75% of which has been contributed by PLASTIKA KRITIS.
The company has established in Shanghai a state-of the-art production plant for manufacturing high tech multi-layer agricultural films, films for container liners and geomembranes, with an annual capacity of 30.000 MT.
Know-how, product design, specifications, quality assurance systems and all special additives are being supplied by PLASTIKA KRITIS, based on the latest technology. The company is managed by experienced European executives.
HiTeC's “PEP” range of greenhouse films is the prime brand for high tech greenhouses in China, while a significant part of the company's production is exported to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the Far East and S.E. Asia.
