Unmatched Strength for Superior Protection 

SuperProtect® delivers extremely high tear and puncture resistance, making it the go-to solution for tough agricultural and industrial conditions. Where traditional PE films or even reinforced films fail, SuperProtect® stays intact, protecting your product from oxygen intrusion, weather conditions, transportation, and more. To demonstrate the strength of SuperProtect®, we have performed several tests against scrim-reinforced materials.  

The elongation at break, a key indicator of flexibility and resilience, SuperProtect® stretched to 729 mm, more than 172% higher than the competitor’s 268 mm. Despite these substantial gains in strength, SuperProtect® is also lighter, weighing just 142 g/m², which is 6% less than the scrim-reinforced film (151 g/m²)—making it easier to handle and install while still providing superior protection. 

In static puncture, SuperProtect® withstood a displacement of 235 mm without breaking, compared to just 51.9 mm for the scrim film - a 353% improvement. Its impact strength exceeded 2,000 grams, 43% higher than the competitor's ~1,400 g.

SuperProtect® Plus with EVOH Oxygen Barrier 

For applications that demand ultra-low oxygen permeability, SuperProtect® Plus takes protection a step further. It incorporates a layer of EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol Copolymer) - a high-barrier material used to dramatically reduce gas transmission. This is especially critical in silage and underslab applications. 

EVOH reduces oxygen permeability by over 50x compared to conventional polyethylene, ensuring the most stable, anaerobic conditions possible—protecting feed quality, preventing spoilage, and maximizing nutritional value.
